SST whas dedicated skilled team to handle piping projects not only for pre-fabrication, but including site erection for all sizes and materials All our welders and procedures are qualified under international standards for Gaseous Metallic Arc Welding, Gaseous Tungsten Arc Welding, Shield Metallic Arc Welding & Flux Core Arc Welding etc.
The company operates its own fleet of vehicles including mobile cranes. We employ fully qualified and experienced erection supervisors, as well as experienced steelwork erectors.
TURN AROUND SERVICES
SST has a dedicated team to undertake all activities related to management, planning, quality control, safety, material procurement and execution of Turn around & inspection, shutdown for oil, Gas and petrochemical industries in the Arabian Gulf region on lump sum and unit rate basis. Our vast experience based on our resources will provide high quality services not only routine maintenance, but time-critical repair needs of Refineries/Petrochemical plants process equipment including Storage Tank.
HEAT EXCHANGER REFURBISHMENT
SST has strong skilled manpower expertise to provide high quality services to meet the various time-bound critical repair needs related to retubing, tube cleaning by hydro- jetting, replacement of shells/channels/tube sheets of the heat exchangers during routine maintenance or shutdowns of various units in refineries & Petrochemical plants.
HEAVY LIFT
SST has the capability to undertake major mechanical installation works including heavy lift of columns, vessels, furnaces, exchangers, & site erection of structural steel, process piping, and conveying systems.
Our professional construction/heavy lift team handles rigging procedures, safety and quality plans and performing all associated erection, alignment and final inspection work.
STORAGE TANKS
SST is capable to undertake from small site fabricated tank to complete new tank farm consisting fixed cone to floating, and double deck roof types of welded storage tanks for oil and utilities industries, all the tanks are designed in strict accordance with customer specifications and international standards, such as API- 650.
We have experience with both carbon and stainless- steel materials. Components are fabricated in controlled shop setting, shipped to the site, and erected either conventional or jacking systems under the experienced supervision.
